ATO‘s chapter house at 4611 College Avenue has been a fixture in the lives of ATO's since our original colonization in 1930. Originally a farm house, 4611 College Avenue was built in approximately 1918. Since Alpha Tau Omega bought the property in 1930, the physical structure has undergone several additions and renovations. Inside, 4611 College Avenue displays elegance with wall-to-wall hard wood floors and dark oak furniture, all centered around our antique grand-father clock, which over the years has become an ATO Maryland icon. Before ATO Maryland was re-colonized in 1999, the house was purchased by alumnus James W. Shaw. Shortly thereafter the house was renovated to meet today's growing needs. Currently, 4611 College Avenue has a capacity of 34 ATO brothers.
